This job supports the daily functions of the clinical pharmacy team, including implementation, maintenance, and quality assurance of clinical pharmacy services. Demonstrates mastery of clinical skills and is committed to maintenance of clinical competency, continued professional growth, and advancement of pharmacy practice within the institution. Assists leadership with facilitating bidirectional communication throughout the department. Maintains 75% of his/her time on direct patient care, quality improvement, and scholarly activities, and 25% on administrative responsibilities. This job must demonstrate actions consistent with company expectations as duties are performed on a daily basis, and serves as a role model to peers, residents, students, and technicians and is expected to foster a positive, collaborative, learning environment within the pharmacy department.
