Oversees daily staffing to support patient care needs and ensures high patient satisfaction by resolving concerns and collaborating with physicians. Conducts incident follow-ups and performs clinical duties as needed. Provides leadership, supports teamwork, manages budgets and operational activities, and contributes to policy and program development. Monitors and adjusts patient flow, staffing, and scheduling to maintain efficiency and access standards, while supporting telephone operations and resource management. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining necessary equipment and supplies to support clinical operations. Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to include problem solving skills and the ability to communicate via written reports
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, team building and organizational skills
  • Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation
  • Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
