About The Position

The Ambulatory and Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor provides direct supervision to selected clinical areas and assists the practice in delivering health care to patients consistent with the practice’s policies and procedures. This role is an on-site leadership position supporting daily clinic operations, team coordination, and patient care needs. The position also includes participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support for the Immediate Care Center outside standard business hours.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse Licensure
• 2-3 years previous Lead or Supervisory experience preferred
• Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support staff in providing and coordinating comprehensive care through the nursing process.
• Promote safe, therapeutic outcomes in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support daily clinic operations, team coordination, and patient care needs.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support for the Immediate Care Center outside standard business hours.
