About The Position

As our Clinic Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing clinic operations and patient care delivery. Every day you will oversee daily clinic activities, providing supervision, direction, and support to ensure adherence to established policies and standards. Your responsibilities will include staff management, performance evaluations, and the allocation of staffing to meet patient and departmental needs. You'll work closely with clinic management and medical staff to enforce protocols, investigate complaints, and monitor payroll and budget compliance. Your leadership will ensure charging/reimbursement accuracy and the maintenance of staff licensure, ultimately contributing to a positive and productive clinic environment for patients and staff alike.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• 3 years related experience in a clinic/physician office
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive leader who can effectively problem-solve, manage conflict, and champion a culture of continuous improvement
• Upholding the highest ethical standards in a complex and evolving healthcare landscape.

Nice To Haves

• Specialized or technical training in coding, medical assistant or coding certification
• Basic Life Support - CPR
