This position is responsible for supervising the activities of Physician Services Support and Patient Financial Services in all areas of collections. The role involves performing Quality Control in all areas of the insurance collection process to help protect the organization’s financial interest, ensuring errors are corrected and account resolution is sought. The supervisor will maintain positive interaction with staff and departments to advise and assist with requirements. All KHI employees are expected to perform their respective tasks and duties in such a way that supports KHI’s vision of providing the region’s best clinical care and patient service through an environment that fosters respect for others and pride in performance.
