Position Summary: The Supervisor will be responsible for the administrative and clinical functioning of a Children’s Outpatient team consisting of staff from various disciplines. This shall include all the functions necessary for the delivery of services to the institutions and client populations of the community served by the program. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with some Saturday Clinic hours. However, in order to provide adequate supervision on the unit, it is required that all Children’s Outpatient Clinical Supervisors either work after 5:00 p.m. at least 1-2 evenings per week, or devise a mutually agreed upon schedule that ensures a supervisor on the unit at all times. Based on the needs of the program, additional hours may be expected on weekends. Position is in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, and/or psychiatry.
