As a Supervisor, Chemical Production Operations (2nd Shift), you will be trusted to lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production operations at our manufacturing facility in Johns Creek, Georgia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in a regulated medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (GMP/GxP)
  • Proven leadership experience in chemical production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or regulated life sciences operations
  • Strong knowledge of FDA compliance, cleanroom operations, SOP adherence, and quality systems
  • Experience leading production teams, driving performance, and improving operational efficiency
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, production schedules, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead 2nd shift chemical manufacturing operations within a regulated (FDA/ISO) environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production.
  • Supervise and develop team members, driving performance, accountability, and adherence to GMP/GxP and FDA standards.
  • Oversee chemical processing, compounding, and equipment operations to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Manage daily production workflow, documentation, and quality controls to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Champion safety, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and maintain compliance.
