About The Position
MTC is proud to operate the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY where our staff provide quality services to our local youth. You’ll be responsible for the development and implementation of career preparation which includes the career preparation program in compliance with government and management directives.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree
- Two (2) years related experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administration and programmatic activities of the career preparation department, including the MYPACE program.
- Develop and conduct programs for new students to encourage self-evaluation, self-worth and confidence, with emphasis on student retention.
- Oversee a student ambassador program for career preparation, including the application, interviewing and evaluation processes, as well as incentive, tracking and employment objective.
- Plan new student activities to include tour, recreational and social activities.
