About The Position
These roles provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses or other Medical Professional. These positions primarily focus on assisting patients with activities of daily living while also monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient condition. They also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients. These roles perform a variety of tasks, such as taking patient histories, measuring and monitoring vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with minor procedures. Represents people leaders (hire/fire authority) with majority of time spent overseeing their area of responsibility. Achieve goals through direct and/or indirect reports. Supervises support level employees. Sets goals and objectives for other employees within the Job Area. Develops solutions to a variety of routine problems, and escalates more complex issues to higher-level managers. Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Relevant licensure/certifications preferred, or may be required.
