About The Position

We're looking for a passionate Billing Supervisor to oversee our billing operations, collaborate with IT and Business Process teams to design, build, integrate, and support billing solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
  • Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
  • To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in related discipline strongly desired
  • Experience in transportation industry desired

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of billing experts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the transportation sector.
  • Guarantee accurate, complete, and timely billing and payment processing for transportation services.
  • Monitor billing and payment reports, identify issues, and develop effective resolution strategies tailored to the transportation industry.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Process teams to design, build, integrate, and support billing solutions for both internal and external transportation customers.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, recommending and implementing steps to enhance efficiency and ensure flawless execution in transportation billing.
  • Prepare regular updates for management on billing and payment processes and status within the transportation sector.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, RevRec606, and company policies specific to transportation.
  • Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements to boost both efficiency and effectiveness in transportation billing.
