Supervisor - Beverage
About The Position
The Supervisor - Beverage is responsible for ordering and inventorying beverage supplies, monitoring cost control (labor, cost of sales, and direct expenses), and managing the beverage team. This includes scheduling, coaching, and conducting reviews. The role also involves inspecting the establishment to ensure compliance with ABC and state regulations, ensuring qualified individuals are selected and trained, and adhering to property policies. Effective communication with team members is essential. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.

Responsibilities
- Orders and inventories beverage supplies.
- Monitors cost control (labor, cost of sales and direct expenses).
- Manages and oversees the beverage team members to include scheduling, coaching, reviews and any other pertinent team member matters.
- Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with ABC and state regulations.
- Ensures that qualified individuals are selected and trained in all areas of responsibility.
- Adheres to property policies.
- Communicates with team members.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
