Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience (for Supervisor role).
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Coaching skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams effectively.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in a production environment (for Line Lead role).
