Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, direct, and supervise the daily operational activities of the area and work team under their charge to ensure they are carried out efficiently, accurately, and safely according to system and quality standards at each stage of the process, in accordance with the procedures and guidelines established by the area, ensuring the fulfillment of delivery deadlines at each stage of the logistics process and the optimization of available space.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the reception of Finished Product and reconciliation of consumption of inputs and auxiliary materials provided through coordination with the Production area, for the assignment of necessary personnel and equipment, guaranteeing compliance with the Production Program.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the reception and return activities of Finished Product, Inputs, and other auxiliary materials from Third-Party Suppliers, including, where applicable, validation, rejection, and return of obsolete materials or those not meeting quality standards, with the purpose of ensuring that the received Inventories match what is referred to in the supplier's invoice, and that they comply with quality specifications for subsequent reception, administration, and distribution.
  • Assign, execute, and supervise the reception and shipment activities by freight of the Inventory of Finished Product, Inputs, and other auxiliary materials to and between Distribution Centers, with the purpose of ensuring that the product arrives on time and in good condition, complying with the Freight distribution program, maximizing the efficient use of the assigned transport fleet, service times and windows, available personnel resources, and continuous process flow without interruption, guaranteeing the quality and safety for people, equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the activities of reception and shipment of Inventory of Finished Product, Packaging, Deliveries, Pallets, and auxiliary materials in the T2 Distribution process, with the final objective that the units are loaded on time, correctly, and with the requested inventory so that the Distribution team can leave on time for product delivery at each point of sale, as well as activities for the reception of Inventory from market returns.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the activities assigned to comply with Inventory control and TPM (Total Product Management) in Finished Product, packaging, deliveries, pallets, among others, with the objective of avoiding shortages, surpluses, and losses; optimizing supply chain management and improving business profitability in all processes where it participates.
  • Execute, monitor, and supervise the application of corresponding safety measures effectively and efficiently, perform activities, especially in confined areas with high traffic of people, materials, and vehicles, to ensure at all times the preservation of physical integrity and that of collaborators around.
  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the instructions for recording entries, exits, and internal movements of Finished Product, Inputs, Packaging, Deliveries, Pallets, auxiliary materials, among others, through the permanent and uninterrupted use of tools, electronic devices, formats, and/or documents assigned and that are assigned for the development of their activities, such as Tablets, Hand Held, Video Recording Cameras, Accessories, correctly, optimally, ethically, and responsibly, with the aim of making good use of company resources and avoiding expenses due to operational damage to equipment, mishandling, or intentional damage.
  • Execute, supervise, and comply with the tasks of the area under their charge, manage schedules, vacation programs, evaluate performance, train, and guide the team of people under their charge.
  • Comply with and participate in the review of internal and external audits focused on Quality and Food Safety, Environmental, and Safety Policies.
