About The Position
Delegates, supervises, and evaluates care as delivered by staff on afternoon and midnight shifts and on weekends and holidays as assigned.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Registered Nurse in State of Michigan
Nice To Haves
- MS preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitates a sufficient number of qualified staff to provide care, treatment, and services to patients.
- Conducts regular rounds within designated patient care units.
- Assigns patients to beds as necessary.
- Identifies, intervenes, and resolves interdepartmental issues utilizing appropriate problem solving techniques.
- Promotes customer service standards and a positive work environment via role modeling and through interactions with others.
