About The Position

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards. This role involves supervising staff, reviewing financial reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. The Accounting Supervisor also ensures that internal controls are followed and supports leadership with financial analysis and reporting. Strong leadership, organizational, and accounting skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and internal controls.

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial reports and statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Train and mentor accounting staff.
