You connect people, ideas, and disciplines to ensure every piece of the puzzle works together with purpose. As a Supervisor, you lead the day-to-day relationship with clients while guiding internal teams toward smarter, more intentional work. You bring structure to complexity, momentum to collaboration, and care to every interaction — helping both clients and teams move forward with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in media planning, account management, or related roles
  • Strong foundation in media strategy, channels, and performance-driven planning
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, and grounded in Clarity and Connection
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with organization and attention to detail
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members with accountability and care
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning/analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead, building trust through proactive communication, reliability, and insight-driven thinking.
  • Translate business goals into clear media direction, ensuring clients understand not just what we’re doing, but why it matters.
  • Lead conversations with confidence and empathy — balancing transparency with thoughtful guidance.
  • Model Truth With Heart by communicating directly, constructively, and with intention.
  • Guide the development of media strategies grounded in audience insight, data, and thoughtful reasoning.
  • Ensure plans reflect deliberate choices — balancing creativity, performance, and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring plans to life with precision, from activation through optimization.
  • Turn performance into insight, delivering clear recommendations that move work forward.
  • Lead, coach, and develop planners at varying levels, strengthening both craft and confidence.
  • Create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
  • Foster No Sidelines collaboration — ensuring every voice is heard and every team is aligned.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback that builds capability and drives continuous improvement.
  • Own the flow of work across accounts, ensuring deliverables are thoughtful, timely, and aligned to outcomes.
  • Bring structure and clarity to processes, enabling teams to work smarter and more efficiently.
  • Lead key client touchpoints with preparation and purpose, making every interaction count.
  • Uphold a high standard for quality, accuracy, and completeness across all outputs.
