Position Overview: The Supervising Therapist provides high-quality psychotherapy services and clinical leadership within Hightop Health’s interdisciplinary care model. This role delivers comprehensive assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based individual and group therapy within scope of licensure. In addition to direct clinical care, the Supervising Therapist oversees and supervises a team of therapists (including provisionally licensed clinicians and interns as applicable), ensuring consistent clinical standards, ethical practice, strong documentation, and a reliable patient experience across therapy services. The Supervising Therapist supports structured group programming (including CBT groups using the Beck manualized treatment curriculum or other Hightop Health–approved curricula as applicable) and partners closely with clinical leadership to promote quality, continuity, and accreditation readiness. All responsibilities are carried out in alignment with Hightop Health policies and procedures; applicable laws and regulations; payer requirements; and accreditation standards (including those of The Joint Commission, as applicable), with particular attention to patient safety, ethical practice, confidentiality, and timely documentation.
