The Superior Court of California, County of Riverside is seeking an experienced and collaborative legal professional to serve as a Supervising Self-Help Attorney. In this leadership role, you will oversee court-based self-help legal services programs that support self-represented litigants while supervising a team of attorneys and paralegals dedicated to improving access to justice throughout Riverside County. The Court offers a hybrid-remote work environment for this position. The selected candidate will have a designated home court location in Indio, Palm Springs, or Banning, with a combination of remote and on-site work based on departmental needs and operational requirements. Under the direction of the Managing Attorney, the Supervising Self Help Attorney oversees the daily operations of the Court’s Self-Help Legal Services programs and supervises Self Help Attorneys and Paralegals. This position combines leadership, program administration, legal research, and direct legal service support for self-represented litigants.
