Too many people fall through the cracks, and we're determined to change that. Today, 24/7 personalized health assistance is only available to the rich or the extremely sick. We're backed by Foundation Capital, Define Ventures, and top Silicon Valley angel investors. About the Role You will be the first clinical experience many of our patients have with Mira Mace. In this role, you'll take patients through a visit over video, working from the up-to-date medical records we provide, and set the tone for everything that follows in their care journey. You won't be doing this alone. Our care advocates carry the day-to-day work of addressing patients' health and social needs. Each month, you'll review their care plans and logged hours, providing the clinical oversight that ensures every patient's health and social situation is genuinely improving over time. This is a part-time, fully remote role with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
