About The Position

T&M Associates is seeking an experienced Supervising Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in electrical systems design for buildings and facilities who is looking to combine technical expertise and project leadership. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of complex electrical projects, oversee technical staff, support business development initiatives, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary MEP teams to provide innovative and high-quality engineering solutions for public and private sector clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and design within the MEP, facilities, or building systems industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage building systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD required.
Thorough understanding of applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Experience working with public-sector, institutional, commercial, healthcare, higher education, or other facility-based projects preferred.
Revit experience strongly preferred.
