About The Position

We are seeking a licensed, board-certified Physician (MD or DO) to serve as a Part-Time Collaborating/Supervising Physician for our growing clinical team. In this role, you will provide essential regulatory oversight, clinical consultation, and chart reviews for our Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and/or PAs). This is a flexible, primarily remote role requiring a minimal monthly time commitment, making it an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking high-impact side revenue or a flexible lifestyle schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted, active medical license in the state of AL.
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Comfort utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and secure communication platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with or supervising Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a remote consultant to APPs on complex cases, diagnostic questions, and treatment plans.
• Conduct routine monthly quality audits and chart reviews as mandated by state regulations and company policy.
• Review, sign off, and maintain written Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) and clinical protocols.
• Provide required legal delegation for prescriptive authority according to state board guidelines.
• Maintain predictable, asynchronous availability (via phone, text, or secure messaging) during clinic operating hours for urgent escalations.
