The County of Yolo Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) is seeking to fill multiple positions for Supervising Clinician within the Behavioral Health Branch. These roles involve clinical and administrative oversight of multidisciplinary teams serving individuals with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, trauma histories, and those experiencing homelessness. Specific positions are available within the Full-Service Partnership (FSP), Forensics Behavioral Health program, Crisis Continuum of Care (Crisis COC), and the Behavioral Health (BH) Access Team. Responsibilities include staff supervision, client care oversight, data collection, quality assurance, collaboration with community partners, and providing clinical supervision for licensure hours. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to work under pressure, organizational skills, knowledge of County mental health services, flexibility, and an understanding of cultural competence and equity.
