About The Position
Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking experienced LCSW-S and LPC-S Supervisors to support the development, oversight, and clinical quality of associate-level therapists. This role is not traditional clinical work—it is a high-impact leadership position focused on clinical quality, documentation accuracy, compliance, and provider development. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that every associate clinician operates within clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining alignment with Impireum’s whole-person care model.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license
- Eligible to supervise per state requirements
- Licensed in one or more: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA
- 3–5+ years post-licensure experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervision experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide required individual and/or group supervision
- Review and approve treatment plans
- Review and approve clinical documentation
- Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation
- Ensure compliance with state licensing boards
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements (including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards)
- Maintain audit-ready supervision documentation
- Enforce adherence to Impireum SOPs
- Review notes for medical necessity
- Review notes for accuracy
- Review notes for alignment with treatment plans
- Provide structured, actionable feedback
- Improve consistency across clinicians
- Partner with Chief Medical Officer
- Partner with Clinical leadership
- Partner with Operations & billing teams
- Support onboarding and training of associate clinicians
