Requirements

Masters’s Degree or higher in Architecture, and minimum of 10 years (15+ preferred) of professional experience in the building industry.
Licensure in Architecture (NCARB certificate preferred).
Excellent design skills, ensure project detail and plan quality meet Client and project standard.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects & teams simultaneously.
Ability and desire to successfully mentor less experienced staff.
Strong understanding of the IBC and Accessibility codes.
Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals.
Ability to review in Autodesk Revit with a strong understanding of how to utilize these tools for effective design and seamless collaboration.

Nice To Haves

Additional experience with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam preferred.
