About The Position
Agropur is looking for an evening shift warehouse supervisor to join its Montreal team. The warehouse supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the reception, storage, packaging of products, and order preparation. The work schedule is from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday. This role is for someone who understands that the best results are built by working as a team. People are at the heart of our success. Requirements
- Training in operations management, logistics, administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP or other similar ERP system.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and ensure employees always adopt safe work practices.
- Actively participate in maintaining regulatory, quality, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Manage daily activities to execute the weekly plan based on received orders and ensure quantitative and qualitative objectives are met.
- Monitor employee performance and provide them with the necessary support to achieve their goals.
- Manage distribution center activities, including hiring, training, monitoring maintenance plans, and participating in various committees.
- Enforce the collective agreement.
- Lead team meetings at the beginning of each shift.
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, analyze them, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct investigations following incidents or accidents and propose appropriate action plans.
- Maintain a positive work climate by promoting participatory management, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
- Support the management of all buildings, grounds, and equipment of the distribution center.
