About The Position

Ogilvy Montréal is seeking a Supervisor to join their Account Services team. In this role, you will support clients daily in their communication initiatives, collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, acting as an ambassador for their brands and for the agency. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, possesses a strong work ethic and business acumen, can autonomously manage all aspects of a project, and is known for their collaborative nature and professionalism.

Requirements

• Ease in building trusting relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, in both French and English.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Keen business sense.
• High sense of responsibility and professionalism in all circumstances.
• Minimum of 4 years of agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for projects with clients, internal teams, and other agency partners.
• Stay updated on clients' industries, challenges, and opportunities.
• Participate in preparing briefs and developing communication strategies.
• Manage project flow and ensure good collaboration between individuals from all disciplines (strategy, creative, media, production, etc.).
• Oversee the progress of work and monitor results; ensure the quality of the agency's work at all stages of a project, up to final delivery.
• Manage projects, budgets, and timelines autonomously.
• Effectively and diligently use internal management tools (talent assignment, project management, financial management).
• Support less experienced colleagues in the team and assist in their development.
