PUMA is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor in Mirabel. This role is crucial for maintaining consistently high customer experience standards in the store, aligning with PUMA's brand values and service norms. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, key performance indicators, and profitability targets through effective short-term and long-term planning, expense control, sales, and service management. Key duties also include payroll control to maintain a highly profitable location while delivering top-tier customer service, managing and communicating merchandise opportunities, and handling incoming and outgoing merchandise. The position requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, basic operational competencies, and key responsibilities, as well as maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant work and shopping environment.
