About The Position
Social Service Supervised Visit Liaison PART TIME-AS NEEDED OPPORTUNITY Des Moines Valley Health and Human Services Des Moines Valley Health and Human Services (DVHHS), is currently seeking part-time/as needed Supervised Visit Liaison. DVHHS serves Cottonwood and Jackson Counties. The Supervised Visit Liaisons assist with court ordered supervised visits between parents and children. Supervised Visit Liaisons perform a variety of tasks related to the rendering of paraprofessional social services. Duties will include supervised visits and client transportation. The work is performed under the direction of a social worker and social service supervisor.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to successfully pass required criminal background checks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Assist with court ordered supervised visits between parents and children.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to the rendering of paraprofessional social services.
- Supervised visits and client transportation.
