Requirements

Valid SORA license or willing to obtain
High School Diploma/GED
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to remain on feet for extended shifts
Strong customer service and communication skills are required
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and flexible
Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays
Fluent in English language (reading, writing and speaking)

Responsibilities

Patrol premises on foot regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers/shoppers.
Maintain a professional strong presence during hours of operation.
Responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, or other criminal behavior.
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
Secure all exits, doors after end of operations.
