About The Position

Price Chopper/Market 32 Supermarkets is accepting applications for future part-time openings across various departments. While most hiring activity occurs on the front end and night crew, individuals with previous experience may be hired into other departments. The company has a history of promoting from within, and part-time positions can lead to long-term careers for motivated individuals. Applicants can specify up to three departments of interest or select "any department." Applications are reviewed based on hiring needs, and selected candidates will be contacted for an interview. Unsuccessful candidates will be notified via email.

Responsibilities

Provide Six-Star Service on the Front-End.
Bake artisan breads in the Bakery department.
Fill prescriptions, offer health counseling, and provide friendly service in the Pharmacy.
Assist customers with floral orders, including custom bouquets and online orders.
Slice and prepare deli meats and salads in the Deli/Food Service department.
Stock and merchandise general merchandise, including non-food items and seasonal products.
Stock shelves, create displays, and manage inventory in the Grocery department.
Provide high-quality fresh meat to customers in the Meat department.
Educate customers on produce and assist with a variety of fruits, vegetables, and organic options in the Produce department.
Provide fresh seafood, assist customers with purchasing and preparation, and offer "Seafood Smart" guidance.
