About The Position
We are seeking experienced Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, particularly within healthcare, higher education, and K-12 sectors, including both new construction and renovation projects.
Requirements
- Medical / Healthcare facilities experience
- Higher Education (Colleges & Universities) experience
- K-12 Schools experience
- Experience in both New Construction and Renovation projects

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules and resolve on-site issues proactively
