About The Position

ADM is seeking a Superintendent to oversee operations at their manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety and food safety policies, driving people development, and managing continuous improvement initiatives. The Superintendent will be responsible for all related operations of the manufacturing facility, including process controls, product quality, cost control, and productivity maximization. This position requires motivating, training, and developing production personnel, coordinating schedules, and communicating essential information. The role also involves collaborating with various teams within ADM and requires flexibility for day/night/weekend shifts as per the operation schedule. Before applying, employees are expected to discuss their intentions with their supervisor, with approval not required if they have been in their current position for more than 18 months.

2-5 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing/Production environment.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing flow processes, controls and procedures.
Ability to understand, develop and manage production schedules and target dates.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to climb and work in high areas.
Must demonstrate high-level of problem solving and team working skills.
High level of Organizational and Inter-personal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Programs

Nice To Haves

Strong mechanical aptitude and/or electrical aptitude a plus.

Responsibilities
