We are seeking experienced leaders with the knowledge and skills to manage large civil earthworks projects in the mining and heavy civil sectors. Ideal candidates will have progressed to a Superintendent role through prior experience as an equipment operator and foreman. Experience leading teams of up to 50 workers, including heavy equipment operators, labourers, and field staff. Strong teamwork, communication, and coaching skills. Experience working on remote, hard rock (tundra) projects. Hands-on experience operating large earthmoving equipment, including loaders, dozers, haul trucks, graders, and excavators. Heavy civil earthworks experience is mandatory, and your career focus must be in the civil earthworks industry.
