Requirements

7 years of experience leading luxury custom home construction (or equivalent high-end residential projects).
A deep understanding of refined materials, finishes, and modern building systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full life cycle of multi-million-dollar custom home builds from groundbreaking through final handoff.
Direct all field operations, ensuring flawless execution, precision, and safety.
Coordinate and mentor trusted subcontractors and craftsmen who share your commitment to excellence.
Partner closely with architects, designers, and clients to bring complex, detailed visions to life.
Maintain tight control over schedules and budgets while protecting quality above all else.
Represent the project with professionalism and pride both on-site and with discerning homeowners.
