About The Position

At Findorff, we bring expertise and value in construction that extends far beyond building. Since 1890, we’ve grown from humble beginnings into a trusted construction partner — driven by strong relationships, a dedication to safety, quality, and craftsmanship, and a commitment to the communities we serve. The project includes a 7-story residential building with a standalone 7-story parking structure, totaling over 500k sf of student housing in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. The property will feature a rooftop pool, fitness center, recreation rooms, and more. The project is scheduled to break ground this fall and be completed the summer of 2028. As a Superintendent with Findorff, you’ll lead field operations from project kickoff through completion, owning execution, team coordination, and jobsite performance. You’ll direct and supervise field personnel and subcontractors, manage schedules, labor, and cost performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Because our work spans a wide range of project types, sizes, and complexities, no two projects look exactly the same. What stays consistent is your role as a hands-on leader, able to build strong relationships across project teams, lead by example, and contribute to the growth and development of others through training and mentorship.
