About The Position

We are seeking construction superintendents to work for our mature, but growing and dynamic company. This position will be responsible for all phases of a construction project, from the initial planning to completion of the project. Superintendents provide guidance and direction to all onsite crews and internal project teams in the areas of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and quality control responsibilities. Ensures that job quality and customer satisfaction is maintained at every stage of the project. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and project support is a must. Experience running jobs that are completed on time and within budget is necessary. This is a busy, high-volume but friendly environment that will suit an organized person with the desire to succeed and the desire for great company culture.
