About The Position
Project supervision in a central utility plant environment.
Requirements
- BA degree
- 2-4 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervises the field construction of a project to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Assists Project Manager in the development of on-site procedures.
- Examines contract drawings, specifications and addenda for design deficiencies, impractical details, possible code violations, and to generate RFIs.
- Works with quality team to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project standards.
- Updates project schedule to ensure project is completed on time.
- Coordinates activities of inspection agencies, and effects remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies.
- Performs complex tasks and certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
