Superintendent – Healthcare - Southeast Michigan
About The Position
Clark is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution on healthcare construction projects across Southeast Michigan, including surgical suites and phased hospital renovations. Based in Auburn Hills, the role involves coordinating construction inside occupied healthcare facilities while protecting patient care, maintaining infection control, meeting regulatory requirements, and ensuring operational continuity. The position offers autonomy in the field, executive support, and access to self-perform capabilities when needed. The successful candidate will deliver projects without disrupting patient care and may take on increasingly complex clinical environments and mentor field leaders over time.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
- Strong MEP coordination capability.
- Deep understanding of infection control and phased work.
- Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments.
- Commitment to safety and operational awareness.
- Proficiency with Phoenix, ProjectSight, and Bluebeam.
