About The Position
As a Superintendent at WES Construction, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites. You will serve as a dynamic leader, comfortable with project variety (especially in civil space), keeping projects on track and teams motivated.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of successful project completions
- Comprehensive background in self-perform site work and underground utility work
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and address any issues promptly
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all team members adhere to OSHA regulations
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Providing clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders
