About The Position
MGC Contractors, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned Corporation specializing in all forms of water and wastewater general contracting. They are looking for Concrete, Labor and Mechanical Superintendents to join their Texas Division in the Austin area. This role involves developing project reports, coordinating logistics and schedules, managing pay requests, monitoring project costs, implementing safety protocols, and overseeing project labor and material/equipment needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least five (5) years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects required.
- Passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Project Contract status reports.
- Coordinate with the team in development of project site logistics plan.
- Coordinate and Assist with scheduling of project site logistics plan.
- Coordinate with the team in development and thorough updates of the project schedule.
- Coordinate with the team on the pay request process.
- Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
- Analyze and forecast total cost projection reports.
- Implement and monitor safety all on site staff personnel.
- Monitor project labor.
- Review and approve material and equipment needs.
- Any and all other duties assigned.
