About The Position

Rogers-O'Brien Construction is looking for a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction. Superintendents at RO are responsible for ensuring consistent communication with all team members, including trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders, to successfully deliver a Premier Product. As a Superintendent, you will work alongside the Project Manager to build a variety of projects in various sectors, from conceptual planning through completion, and will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site. This role requires ensuring all team members are kept up-to-date with consistent communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in the commercial construction space.
• 5–10 years’ experience with $10 M+ projects.
• Ground-up expertise in Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, and Mission Critical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field operations for the project.
• Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
• Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
