Position Overview The Superintendent is responsible for the execution and management of all on-site field activities. This role includes understanding the project scope as well as monitoring and managing the budget, schedule, and subcontractors while ensuring a safe, clean, and organized worksite. The Superintendent is also responsible for the overall quality of the project, completion of Punch list and Owner satisfaction keeping a positive image of Corstone and ensuring the customer will be a repeat customer in the future.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in multifamily construction as a Superintendent
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability and interest to mentor and develop project team

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring work is completed according to plans and schedules.
  • Review and understand drawings, specifications, and each scope of work, as well as contractual obligations
  • Implement, maintain, and drive the project schedule
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and other industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
