Position Overview The Superintendent is responsible for the execution and management of all on-site field activities. This role includes understanding the project scope as well as monitoring and managing the budget, schedule, and subcontractors while ensuring a safe, clean, and organized worksite. The Superintendent is also responsible for the overall quality of the project, completion of Punch list and Owner satisfaction keeping a positive image of Corstone and ensuring the customer will be a repeat customer in the future.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
5-10 years of experience in multifamily construction as a Superintendent
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project).
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Ability and interest to mentor and develop project team

Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring work is completed according to plans and schedules.
Review and understand drawings, specifications, and each scope of work, as well as contractual obligations
Implement, maintain, and drive the project schedule
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to meet project milestones.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and other industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
