The primary role of a Warehouse Superintendent is to oversee the day-to-day operation of a Parts Distribution Center. Superintendent is expected to work closely with Plant Manager to ensure the following.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology
  • Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance
  • Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets.
  • Take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes.
  • Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency.
