About The Position

We are seeking a Landscape Construction Superintendent to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves providing technical guidance to field personnel, conducting percent of completion analysis to ensure projects are on budget, and partnering with foremen to meet project material and labor needs. The Superintendent will also build relationships with clients and field personnel through weekly job walks, understand client needs to identify cost-effective enhancements for profitability, and communicate project progress updates. Additionally, this role requires strategizing to improve project performance, exceed goals, coordinate subcontracts, review scope for potential gaps, and maintain constant awareness of allocated project hours.

Requirements

At least 3 years of construction experience
Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Computer literacy and proficiency, including Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

Experience working in land development, landscape, and/or masonry/concrete trades preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities
