About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent
- 5+ years of water treatment plant construction experience
- 5+ years of wastewater treatment plant construction (25+ MGD)
- 5+ years as a General Superintendent on major facility projects
- Contractor-side experience required
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations and construction activities
- Manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and stakeholders
- Maintain schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Resolve field and constructability issues
- Oversee project documentation and reporting
- Operate company vehicles as required
