This role involves planning and implementing construction means/methods, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics. The Superintendent will assist in selecting field site personnel, monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity. They will be responsible for the on-site coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment, and will develop, monitor, and execute the project construction plan and schedule. Additionally, the Superintendent will supervise, train, coach, and mentor field personnel, demonstrating a commitment to Safety and Quality Programs. This position manages and directs a team of highway crew members under the direction of the Project Manager.
