The Triple‑Hat Superintendent/SSHO/QCM is responsible for leading field construction operations while simultaneously managing site safety and project quality control in accordance with federal, state, local, and contract requirements. This role oversees daily construction progress, enforces all EM 385‑1‑1 and OSHA safety requirements, and manages the three phases of quality control (Preparatory, Initial, Follow‑Up) on federal construction projects. This position ensures projects are executed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with contract documents, design drawings, technical requirements, and regulatory standards. The role also requires maintaining jobsite organization, preparing and submitting detailed documentation, coordinating with subcontractors, interfacing with government representatives, and enforcing company policies.
