About The Position

Skanska is seeking a Superintendent - MEP to lead field operations on assigned projects and help ensure timely, profitable project completion. The role directly supervises field labor, including laborers and craft workers, and requires strong leadership, organization, time management, communication, and client service skills. The position is onsite in San Jose, California, with Skanska USA Building Inc.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of proven MEP construction experience.
• At least 7 years of safety and QA/QC cultural knowledge.
• At least 7 years of electrical trade-specific knowledge.
• At least 5 years of experience managing schedules and subcontractors and coordinating with architectural trades.
• At least 5 years of experience working with contracts and exhibits.
• At least 5 years of experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specifications.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
