Reporting to the Manager, Water Operations, the Superintendent, Maintenance is responsible for building, leading, and developing the Water Operations Maintenance team. This team provides maintenance services for all of EVRâs Elk Valley water treatment facilities. Water Operations has grown from a single facility in 2015 to four operating plants with a combined treatment capacity of 97,500 m³/d, with projects underway that will increase capacity to 127,500 m³/d by the end of 2026. The Superintendent, Maintenance leads the team that delivers dayâtoâday maintenance support for existing operations and plays a key role in the startup and commissioning of new facilities and expansions. This role also oversees the Reliability team, responsible for longâterm asset performance, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement of maintenance systems and standards. A strong background in maintenance execution, reliability engineering, and process plant operations is essential.
