Winter Construction is seeking a Superintendent to contribute to a right-sized organization that offers sophisticated systems and approaches. This role is part of an entrepreneurial environment supporting Winter's growth into larger project territories, particularly in the private client market. The company ensures Superintendents are equipped with and supported by technology for efficient coordination and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
- Located in the Jacksonville area or willingness to relocate.
- Background as a Superintendent on Hotel, Mixed-Use, Industrial or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projects.
- Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.
- Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
